The meaning of supersencuous joy is well described in the religious scriptures. It tells us to ask the friends of god about it. You can thus imagine how lucky those people right be to be near to god. To give the same experience of the supersencuous pleasure, God Shiva has incarnated in the corporeal body of a worldly man called ‘Brahma’. The present period is called confluence age- the period when the soul meets and experiences supersencuous pleasure by remembering conscious of all-powerful entity.

A lot of time has already passed of this confluence period. Therefore, it is very essential for us to take benefit from the remaining period because we are unaware of the difficulties. We may have to face in future. In the coming days, the situation of the worls will worsen and none will get enough time even to impure himself. Therefore the present I s the only time for putting effects and make yourself knowledgeful, powerful and put knowledge into practical life to cope with mental disturbances. Weaknesses, vices & old Sanskars should be eliminated with deep Tapasya- intensive meditation.

We souls can instantly experience supersensuous joy by being on the same wavelenght with the Supreme while being in a state of soul consciousness. To the extent at which we remain in soul conscious stage, at that time we would experience supersensuous pleasure to the same extent.

If we were not elevated to the soul consciousness stage than the experience of supersensuous joy would be merely a dream. If the foundation of being in soul consciousness is not firm and constant all efforts are bound to have a light impact due to adverse circumstances and mental disturbances.

To remain in soul conscious stage introverts is extremely essential. It is said in our scriptures that saint and ascetics did tapasya in caves etc. This means that they sat in deep solitude and introvertness. We can practice Rajyoga by being introverts all though we might leading a family life. We don’t have to recite any charts or repeat them. The second reason the soul is disconnected from supreme soul while practicing yoga is due to lack of good wishes for all. Our thought remains confined to materialistic things and worldly people, so that our meditation is disturbed. Therefore it is important to remain unattached by worldly things and bodily relations.

It is essential to be in contact with God in all deeds. The main lesson which Shivbaba teaches us daily is to of soul consciousness. When you experience supersensuous joy, your mind will not be attracted to any of the worldly pleasures.

SOME POINTS OF MAKE SOUL CONSCIOUS STAGE CONSTANT.

1. Check yourself as at what time in an hour did you remain soul conscious stage?
2. Check yourself --- you are in soul conscious stage doing work?
3. Always contemplate and watch the soul through the third eye in solitude.
4. Always see the soul in everybody’s forehead.

Make a habit to continuously check your mental state. Just as a driver reaches to his home after putting his can in the garage, similarly we should put our body in the bed (garage) and after oneself to the original abode with our godly father and sleep after giving account of our actions. Thus you would wake up from your glorious slumber in automatic se----- of Baba to start a fresh day’s work.

So let us experience the supersensuous pleasure by being introvert and be elevated to the soul conscious stage constantly in the remaining period of confluence age. If we experience this divine feeling, we would experience unprallel bliss and unlimited detachment from the world.
